America is no mere international citizen. It is the dominant power in the world, more dominant than any since Rome. Accordingly, America is in a position to reshape norms, alter expectations and create new realities. How? By unapologetic and implacable demonstrations of will.

Is there a "Rome 1" and "Rome 2"? I ruined my eyes trying to read the text in "Rome 3" but it was so relevant to the current political mess, that I want to see the rest of this series.

Dr. Mike,

There are actually nine illustrated poems in the series.

If you click on the image, a much larger image will (slowly) open. You should be able to read the text then much more easily.
