Applause Addict (2011)

Expressions of disapproval are on a level of vulgarity that cannot be tolerated. The way to express disapproval is to do without applause.

Song for Easter 2011

Scents and colors seem the same
Year after year after the rain,
But nothing's ever really the same:
The new is renewed just in refrain.

Apples never taste the same,
And pears appear large tears,
Taking a bow to no acclaim,
Wishing to roll back the years.

No longer among us, the lost
Inhabit and dream the mind,
Ghost-writing whatever the cost;
Rebirth doesn't redeem its kind.

Blind to change, we seem the same
As those who came before the rain;
Blindness helps us remain the same.
The new is renewed just in refrain.
